Not so good day!

Today picked up Adam Krogman and Joey Miller met with Alex Rivera and his friend at Union hills skate park while we waited for Isaiah Johnson and Matt White and Aaron and John to show up so we all can head out to Tempe and film street skating went to Baseline to get some clips then after that we went to the DC show room with some of the DC riders to get a few more shirts and stuff then headed off to Tempe skate park til the lights went off then home now ready for some sleep so we can go skate tomorrow again if we get our filmer to go...

Team Phoenix

I just wanted to update on whats going on with the new team:
We are still checking people out taking footy still and just waiting to sign a couple of contracts and we will have the final update on the new team for Phoenix but here is the line up as of now.

Hey we are going to go filming tomorrow with the team wanted to take ad pics but not happening this time but as long as we go film hahaha we need to finish the free video coming soon"Rising of the Phoenix" going with all the boards in the shops.

Comps

Zumies comp coming up in Tempe skate park on the 26th Reg at 3pm and then on the 30th of May the Volcom comp will be at Rio Vista skate park early morning and then the es' Game of Skate at Desert West skate park at 5pm.................

Today was a long and slow boring day today, i was hoping to go to the movies or to do something at least. i sat around waiting for someone to call back and Matt was at work so yeah i pretty much sat around the house and slept lol looking forward to tomorrow to go skate and film.

Today was fun hanging out at Industrial Ride Shop with my lil bro Matt White and Kyle White and the rest of the gang waiting for Rob Dyrdek to show up for the signing and release of the movie Street Dreams. After all the crowd was gone and we got Rob out of there we all went to the premier at the Industrial warehouse and then we went to Tempe Skate park for a lil bit then home now hahahahaa well see all of you this weekend.

FRIENDS or not

Friends are a wonderful asset to life, and if you have true Friends they will be there on your best days and on your worst days laughing and sharing the cheer of the good days and listening and being there for the worst days. I can personally say i have experienced true friends and fake friends as well as ppl who just don't care, and i want to thank a few people for being on the true friend side these are just a few there is more but these are my most recent friends that helped me get through the recent days. :,,,,, Matt you are truly my lil brother i will always be there for you for anything you need me for. Kyle an inspiration to me on how to have a life full of laughter and always seeing the lighter side of things, you always have the right thing to say and believe in me. Adam not to many people know my situation about my son who has passed away it is always a tough subject to talk about because of the memories and thoughts of the good and bad of the situation, but when you said "if you ever need someone to talk to I'm here" not to many people ever said that to me most say "that must suck but i gotta go so yeah hit me up whenever" wow some nice friendly words of wisdom....PK

Well it started to be a good day waking up picking up the riders to go to the Concrete Rodeo Comp. at Rio Vista got there just in time to finish signing in comp started out good but then felt like it was starting to slow down while the heat was getting hotter and standing all day killed my feet and back so now I'm finally home and taking pain pills so i can go to sleep cuz it was A long day but when the comp ended, me and Adam went to Thunderbird hospital to see how Sy Munden was doing after his surgery and he was doing good and we brought to him a Phoenix Skateboard signed by all of us and all his close friends even kids from Las Vegas to get well and can't wait to see him soon out at the park for more sk8in. Also Adam said he would sk8 the comp today for Sy and take 1st and he did and he gave Sy his 1st place medallion,,, that was cool and the look on his face was well enough to know we made a difference...PK

Well time to take a shower and get ready to go to the Concrete Rodeo Competition at Rio Vista skate park so come join us out there to day, also i am bringing a board to have everybody we know sign it for Sy our falling comrad that broke his arm last night working the ten rail so today is for you buddie get well soon and we will see ya in about a day..................PK

Well most of from Phoenix Skateboards went up to Rio Vista Skate Park to practice for the Concrete Rodeo competition tomorrow and it was fairly a ok night i was not feeling good mostly tired but everybody else was doing ok and our friend Sy was working the ten rail doing front Feebles until he slipped out and landed on his left wrist and broke it in two places oh boy it did not look very good like a scarred episode but live in front of you and a bone came through the skin and he was bleeding but the kid has balls he kept cool and patient as his dad took him to the hospital to get surgery. Adam, Dom, and Parker went up to the hospital and Sy was doing good just waiting for the DR. to get there to start and finish so Sy can go home and sleep. I took the guys home and i got home and had to watch the footy and man it was crazy to watch and then Jeff Beene posted up the pic, well lets just say you have to see the pic for your self and see what kinda pain he could have been in. But we are all wishing him the best and the Phoenix Team said the would skate the comp and skate for him for not being there to skate. We hope to see you soon Sy and take it easy for awhile...Parker
